Dirk De Grave joins Promex team
11 May 2010 by Toon Vanagt
At Promex we're thrilled that Dirk De Grave accepted to join as a Managing Partner. Besides being a great fit with our team, we are confident he is the right man to help us grow our Umbraco division and support our open source mission.
For the second year in a row Dirk got recognized by the Umbraco community as a Most Valued Person (MVP) for his ongoing support to the Umbraco forum, totalling an amazing amount of over 3.000 posts and comments.
While test driving our collaboration with Dirk over these past few months, we discovered he's a great Umbraco coach with good sense of humor too. Excactly what Promex was looking for.
Dirk will focus on both external coaching & consulting as well as architecting internal client Umbraco solutions & extensions.
Contact us for a free quote, if you're in need of an Umbraco guru to get you started or to help you out with existing or new implementations.
Join me in the comments below to welcome Dirk on board!
P.S. Dirk joined under the one condition that I would finally edit/publish those HD video's from Codegarden '09, prior to June 15th 2010. If I miss his deadline, I am not even allowed to come along to Copenhagen. Now that's what I call an incentive.
Promex launches its own Umbraco website.
04 August 2009 by David Verberckmoes
Promex launches its own Umbraco-powered website.
We've finally taken a few hours off our client's projects to launch our own website with blog.
Since we eat our own dogfood, we are now powered by the open source Umbraco Content Management System (CMS). To showcase the multilingual support by Umbraco, we've started our site in Dutch and English. You'll have to pardon our French for now… Despite working from Belgium our current clients express themselves in Dutch & English only.
Don't expect us to burn your RSS reader with too many posts in the next few months. We are more into writing code than content. You have to blame our clients for all the interesting work they're flipping our way. Feel free to follow us on twitter for short company updates.
