About us - Promex

History

Promex bvba was spinned out of the Casius tech department in July 2008. This happened after upgrading the Casius websites with the .NET open source Umbraco Content Management System (CMS).  The Casius tech team started getting requests from third parties to help them out too. This was an opportunity to start a business in an industry the founders knew only too well: web application development & integration. The PROMEX company name supposedly refers to software PROjects Management EXperts. However you may suggest other appropriate terms for the acronym.
